01-10-2026 21:30 -

The enhanced 2027 Honda Passport begins arriving at Honda dealerships today with TrailSport models gaining on-road and off-road performance, bolder styling and feature enhancements. Leading the list of important upgrades is a completely reengineered suspension for TrailSport models providing 9.65-inches of ground clearance (+1.38-inches over the 2026 TrailSport), exceeding key competitors like 4Runner TRD Off Road and Outback Wilderness, and reinforcing Passport TrailSport as the ultimate Honda adventure SUV.

The refreshed Passport is packed with standard equipment, including V6 power and torque-vectoring i-VTM4® all-wheel drive, increasing the value of the rugged 2027 Honda Passport lineup with pricing beginning with Passport RTL at a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $45,1951 (not including $1,595 destination and handling charge).

"The refreshed 2027 Honda Passport TrailSport builds on the strong momentum of our most rugged SUV with even more off-road capability, bolder styling and the innovative standard features adventure-minded customers want," said Luis Guerra, assistant vice president of Honda National Auto Sales at American Honda Motor Co., Inc. "With its lifted suspension, standard V6 power and proven Honda durability, Passport TrailSport is ready to help customers go farther and explore more with confidence."
