In addition to the plug-in hybrid electric drive, buyers in North America have a choice of two gasoline engines.

Standard for the North American market is the 3.6 Pentastar V6 engine made of aluminum with an output of 218 kW (293 hp). Buyers who want more power can opt for the 5.7 V8 engine that develops 266 kW (357 hp).
