The IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge held a four-hour race last weekend, the "Road America 240" on the racetrack of the same name in the US state of Wisconsin. The Stephen Cameron Racing team managed to catch up with a perfect strategy, which took the #43 BMW M4 GT4 to the podium. Sean Quinlan and Greg Liefooghe (both USA) moved up from 16th on the grid to second and missed victory by just a few tenths of a second.

There were four yellow periods during the first half of the race and Stephen Cameron Racing continued to work their way up the field with well-timed pit stops. In the closing stages, Liefooghe planned to grab the lead. But another yellow phase with 35 minutes to go helped the leading Mercedes to duel in victory. The #43 BMW M4 GT4 crossed the finish line in second place, just 0.896 seconds behind. Dillon Machavern and Bill Auberlen (both USA) finished seventh in the #95 Turner Motorsport BMW M4 GT4. Their teammates Robby Foley and Vincent Barletta (both USA) finished twelfth in the #96 car.
