The 135 kW/184 hp electric motor comes from the BMW Group's competence centers for electromobility in Dingolfing and Landshut. Its small size enables particularly harmonious axle load distribution and favors agile and easily controllable handling. The electric drive accelerates the MINI Cooper SE Cabrio from standstill to 100 km/h in 8.2 seconds. With a range of 201 kilometers determined in the WLTP test cycle, open-air excursions well beyond the city limits are possible. The fully electrically driven and therefore particularly quiet textile top in MINI Yours style with the typical Union Jack pattern can be opened, closed or set up as a sunroof at speeds of up to 30 km/h.
