Mazda is consistently driving the electrification of its model range. In addition to the successful all-electric Mazda MX-30 e-Skyactiv EV, the Mazda MX-30 e-Skyactiv R-EV now complements the range. With the new Mazda MX-30 e-Skyactiv R-EV, Mazda presents a plug-in hybrid that combines the best of both worlds in a brand-typical way: the comfortable and direct driving experience of an electric car and the long-distance and everyday suitability of a combustion engine. While the wheels are driven exclusively by the electric motor, a newly developed rotary piston engine provides additional range.

With its 35.5 kWh battery, the all-electric Mazda MX-30 e-Skyactiv EV enables an electric WLTP range of 200 km, making it an ideal vehicle for everyday mobility needs. Both drive versions are equipped with a three-phase AC charger as standard and can also be charged with DC fast chargers. The Mazda MX-30 can be ordered in the trim levels PRIME-LINE, EXCLUSIVE-LINE, AD'VANTAGE and MAKOTO. In addition, the fully equipped EDITION R is available for the Mazda MX-30 e-Skyactiv R-EV. With the exclusive EDITION R, Mazda is celebrating the return of the rotary engine that the company produced for decades and that is making a comeback in the new Mazda MX-30 e-Skyactiv R-EV.
