At Alfa Romeo, two birthdays are the focus. The Quadrifoglio, the traditional lucky charm in the form of a four-leaf clover, is 100 years old. In 1923, the Quadrifoglio adorned an Alfa Romeo racing car for the first time – which promptly won. Since then, the cloverleaf has been omnipresent for Alfa Romeo in motorsport, including on the cars of the Alfa Romeo F1 team in the current Formula 1 World Championship. Autodelta, Alfa Romeo's racing department from 1963, celebrates its 60th birthday. A highlight of the Autodelta era were the numerous victories in the European Touring Car Championship for the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm. Such a model is expected at the "Mercato Italiano".
The "Italian Market" in the classic city is also a nationally important event for the brand clubs of Italian manufacturers and owners of Italian vintage cars. And so the spectacular meeting of the Lancia Delta Integrale is framed by numerous classic cars from Abarth, Alfa Romeo, FIAT, Lancia and other big brands from Italy.
On this day, visitors can also find out about the latest production models from Abarth, Alfa Romeo and FIAT. You can see, among other things
- the new Abarth 500e, the brand's first 100% electric vehicle
- the new Alfa Romeo Tonale Plug-in Hybrid Q4, which combines electrification with four-wheel drive
- the Fiat 500 Elektro, one of the best-selling battery-electric vehicles (BEV) on the German market last year
Visitors arriving with their own vintage cars, whether Lancia Delta Integrale or Fiat Topolino, have the opportunity to park in the inner courtyard of the classic city.
