After a tactical performance, Jake Dennis (GBR) celebrated his second victory in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship for BMW i Andretti Motorsport at his home game in London (GBR). The Brit started from second place in the London E-Prix in the # 27 BMW iFE.21. Already in the first third of the race he took the lead, was able to set himself apart from the competition before using the second attack mode and won't let himself be denied. After his success in Valencia (ESP), Dennis was at the top of the podium for the second time in his debut season in Formula E. His team mate Maximilian Günther (GER) crossed the finish line in 20th place.

Dennis had already put on an impressive performance in free practice in the morning when he set the second fastest time behind Günther in difficult conditions in the rain. A special feature of the route made the session a challenge. As part of the 2.252 kilometer long course runs through the outdoor area and part through the halls of ExCel London, the drivers had to struggle with aquaplaning outdoors on a wet track, while the surface in the halls of the exhibition center was dust-dry.
