The Dodge Charger returns with petrol and electric engines, ready to write a new chapter in Europe.

For six decades, the Dodge Charger has represented one of the purest expressions of American automotive culture. Introduced in 1966 during the golden age of muscle cars, the Charger was distinguished by its fastback silhouette, driver-oriented cockpit, and powerful, era-defining V8 engines.
From the beginning, the Charger offered a combination of commanding proportions, emotional driving, and unmistakable presence, establishing itself as more than a car: a symbol of power, character, and personal expression.

From performance machine to cultural reference

Over the generations, the Dodge Charger has transcended the automotive world to become a global cultural icon. Its appearances in legendary films and television series such as Bullitt and the Fast & Furious franchise have cemented its status far beyond the road.
At the same time, the Charger has built its reputation through motorsports and engineering innovation, continuing today with success in NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) drag racing. Iconic models like the Charger Daytona have demonstrated Dodge's relentless pursuit of speed and aerodynamic efficiency, strengthening the model's connection to the world of racing and performance.

An ever-evolving legacy

Throughout its history, the Dodge Charger has constantly evolved while remaining true to its unmistakable DNA, embodying a legacy that, in its 60th year, still looks to the future. Each generation has reinterpreted the brand's core values: bold design, emotional performance, and strong personality, adapting to the times without losing its soul.
This continuity is what defines the Charger today: a legacy not as nostalgia, but as an ever-evolving story of innovation, character, and relevance.
"Bringing the Charger back to Europe is a significant moment for the brand," said Fabio Catone, Head of Brand Dodge for Europe . "It means bringing an iconic American name back to customers who appreciate character and authenticity. The Charger has always been synonymous with distinction, and it is precisely this attitude that defines its return."

A new European chapter begins

Today, the Dodge Charger enters its most ambitious chapter. The latest generation reinterprets its heritage with a modern twist, combining iconic design cues—such as its wide stance and dynamic proportions—with advanced technologies. With a multi-energy approach, the new Charger offers both SIXPACK gasoline engine versions and fully electric Daytona models, providing multiple ways to experience Dodge performance without compromise.

Relive the power

From its origins on American roads and racetracks to today, the Charger continues to represent courage, performance, and bold design. Now, with its return to Europe, a new chapter is about to begin.
